This is so outrageous, I can barely contain my anger!
Mandi Hamlin is demanding an apology and a civil rights investigation, after being forced by US Transportation Security staff, at a Texas airport, to remove her nipple rings because she’d set off a hand-held metal detector.
“I felt surprised, embarrassed, humiliated, scared and angry,” Hamlin told reporters [...]

Now here’s a gender-bending story…
Thomas Beatie used to be a woman until he had gender reassignment surgery. And, now, the married Oregon man is pregnant and expecting a baby girl in July.
Mr. Beatie kept his female organs when he changed genders and, since his wife Nancy can’t have kids due to a hysterectomy, he decided [...]

The cat in the above photo was found hanged. His eyes were poked out, his ears were cut, he was tied with his own intestines, and impaled.
As I’ve said, time and time again, those who abuse animals, abuse humans too.
According to a 1997 study done by the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to [...]

Canada’s current—and virtually meaningless—animal cruelty laws have been on the books since 1892!
Animals are not recognized as sentient beings, and those without “owners,” such as strays and wild animals, are not protected at all!
In other words, any psycho can pick up a stray cat or dog and torture it, without any repercussions, whatsoever.
Bill S-203 is [...]

Now this is freaky!
A 55-year-old Michigan woman was sunbathing on a boat in the Florida Keys, when a 75-pound stingray leaped from the water and killed her!
An autopsy is being performed to determine whether the woman died from the stingray’s blow to her head, from being pierced by the creature, or from falling backward.
I had [...]

I love shopping on eBay, don’t you?
You never know from the picture or description what you’re really going to get. When the item finally arrives it’s always fun to see whether it will exceed your expectations, or turn out to be a colossal disappointment.
Well, a young German couple was in for quite a surprise, when they purchased [...]

The national bird of New Zealand is the Kiwi.
Kiwis live in the ground, are almost blind, lay just one egg each year, and can’t fly. And yet, this endangered species has managed to survive for more than 70 million years. (Yes, all you silly Young Earth Creationists—70 million years!)
This little cutie is a North Island [...]
