Back in the 70s (or maybe it was the early 80s), I read a book called The Parent Test. It was, essentially, a test to determine whether or not you were equipped—psychologically, physically, mentally, financially, emotionally, etc.—to have children.
As someone who made a conscious decision not to have kids (for reasons I won’t get into at [...]

Justice Jon-Jo Douglas is being investigated for misconduct, after insisting an HIV-positive witness, with Hepatitis C, wear a mask in court.
Douglas even took the ridiculous step of moving the case to a larger courtroom to create more distance between himself and the witness.
In response to Douglas’s paranoia, court staff wore rubber gloves and placed documents [...]

Everyone knows that hospital food isn’t the greatest. In fact, it’s usually downright horrid. But still… you’d expect the kitchen staff would know the difference between a rodent and, say, a rutabega.

To be honest, I had to read #14 several times before I got it. Duh!
Anyway, I don’t know if an “International Pun Contest” ever existed, because I couldn’t find the original source. Nevertheless, the following [...]

Lora Lee Hansen-Beard, 41, has been charged with nothing more than two misdemeanor counts of child abuse for placing her 8-year-old daughter in a “life- or health-threatening situation.”
While her “friend,” Joseph Cardillo, 47, has been charged with sexually assaulting a child.
According to the dailycamera.com, “authorities were called to the girl’s school in October after teachers [...]

Jim Murray, a 69-year-old retired police chief, posing as “cindyndiamond,” a 13-year-old girl in a Yahoo! chatroom, caught several pedophiles, including 63-year-old, Allen Kauffman—the town mayor and pastor of Temple Lot Church.
After Kauffman’s arrest, the slime bucket actually had the gaul to contact Murray, and beg him to make the case go away.
“Nineteen other defendants [...]

Do you live in Ontario, Canada?
Have you recently purchased or touched a puppy at Dr. Flea’s, a flea market at Albion Road and Highway 27 in west Toronto?
The puppies have rabies and if you’ve been in contact with them, you must seek medical attention immediately, as rabies can be fatal in both animals and humans.
The [...]
